Project Management

Do you have a vision for your new space?  Maybe a wall to remove?  Or an island to add?  Maybe you would like to light up your cabinets with a new LED undercabinet or over cabinet lighting?

Are you changing any:

• Electric
• Plumbing
• Framing
• Venting or HVAC changes

If so, you may need the help of a General Contractor.  You will mostly likely be required to obtain a permit in your county or city to properly complete the work.

Cornerstone Remodeling LLC is a fully licensed, bonded and insured General Contractor in the state of Florida (CGC1505726)

• All of our employees are fully covered by Workers Compensation
• We have the experience to manage your project from design to completion
• We manage all of our sub contractors (Electrical, Plumbing, Tile, Countertops, Mechanical, Appliances, Flooring, Framing, and more)
• We will complete the drawings and apply for necessary permits

Once a contract is signed and a deposit is collected, we will apply for permits, order cabinets and begin scheduling work to begin so that the space is ready to receive the cabinets when they arrive in 12-14 weeks.
